(1). Within the programming scope of the red line in the city proper, for newly-established productive foreign-invested enterprises in the industrial park, the infrastructure supporting fee is not levied temporarily.
(2). For productive foreign-invested enterprises, the civil defense funds and wall funds are not levied temporarily.
(3). During the construction period before the productive foreign-invested enterprises put into production, the political charges by Land, Planning and Construction departments will be set by the government. The paid service fee provided by public institutions will be charged according to the costs. |
